          We are a Cheshire based Multi Academy Trust. The infrastructure of our Trust allows schools to really focus on effective teaching and learning and
          provide interaction and mutal support with like-minded colleagues who support our vision and values

      Membership of The Beam Trust also brings:

         A scheme of delegation which enables the Local Governing Board to continue to lead and manage their school
         A chance to lead on school improvement by offering school-to-school support with our School Improvement Advisor and School Improvement Team
         Continuing professional development for all staff
         An opportunity for Headteachers to join an executive committee to shape the working of the Trust
         Stability in a fast-changing educational landscape
         Access to shared services and economies of scale
